This website is operated by Safari Blooms & Spins. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Safari Blooms & Spins. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or booking a rental, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Rental Agreement. These terms apply to all users, including customers, event planners, vendors, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or booking a service. By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the site or use any services.

Any new features, tools, or services added to our store will also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this agreement at any time by posting updates to our site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any term will result in an immediate termination of services.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card details) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.

SECTION 3 — EVENT RENTAL SERVICES

Safari Blooms & Spins provides the following rental and event services:

• 360° Photo Booth
• 3D Artificial Flower Wall (8ft x 8ft)
• Stanchions & Red Carpet (8 poles)
• Lighting and decor enhancements

Each rental includes delivery, setup, and takedown by our trained team.

SECTION 4 — BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• Deposit: Non-refundable once your date is confirmed.
• Balance: Due at least 7 days before the event. Late payment may result in cancellation.
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 14 days before your event to receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Date Changes: Must be requested at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability.
• Overtime: Additional time will be billed at $100 per hour. Payment is due before extended service begins.
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be given if the event ends early or if guests do not use the booth.

SECTION 5 — EVENT SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Clients must provide:

• A flat 10x10 ft space for setup
• Access to a power outlet (10 amps, 3-prong outlet within 50 ft)
• Safe, covered area for outdoor events
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection for digital delivery (optional but recommended)

Setup typically begins 1 hour before your scheduled event time. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access for our team and equipment.

SECTION 6 — LIABILITY & EQUIPMENT

Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to Safari Blooms & Spins equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or unsafe conditions. If weather or unsafe conditions occur, our team reserves the right to pause or cease operations for safety reasons — no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Safari Blooms & Spins is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guest misuse of equipment. Clients agree to maintain a safe, hazard-free environment.

SECTION 7 — PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE

By booking, you grant Safari Blooms & Spins permission to use event photos and videos for social media or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event. You represent that you have authority to consent on behalf of your guests. If you do not wish for photos/videos to be shared, please notify us in advance.

SECTION 8 — PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Safari Blooms & Spins is proudly led by Purity, who ensures each event is handled with professionalism and care. Clients are expected to provide a respectful, safe environment for all staff. If our team feels unsafe, service may be stopped immediately without refund.

SECTION 9 — SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Due to technology use, Safari Blooms & Spins cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the event. Temporary interruptions (for charging, adjusting lighting, or recalibration) may occur and do not qualify for refunds.

SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Safari Blooms & Spins and its associates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

SECTION 11 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safari Blooms & Spins, its owner, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your event, except where caused by our negligence.

SECTION 12 — GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA (or the state in which your event is held).

SECTION 13 — AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking our services and checking “I Agree” on any online form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Safari Blooms & Spins Terms of Service and Rental Agreement.
